Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Order & Wholesale Policy

This website is primarily for wholesale orders only.

Minimum Order Value: ₹5,000. Orders below this value will not be processed.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction will lead to cancellation of the order and may attract legal action.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Zane Pharmaceuticals is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch of goods.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and food supplements, returns and refunds are not applicable once products are delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Any claim for defective/damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
