1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

UPI / Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS

For wholesale customers, advance payment is mandatory before order dispatch.

2. Currency

All transactions on ZanePharma.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

3. Minimum Order Value

This website is for wholesale orders only.

Minimum Order Value (MOV) is ₹5,000. Orders below this value will not be accepted.

4. Payment Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

In case of failed or pending transactions, the order will not be processed until the payment reflects in our system.

5. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

We do not store any customer’s credit/debit card or banking details on our servers.

6. GST Invoicing

All payments include applicable GST charges as per Government of India regulations.

A tax invoice will be issued for every order.

7. Refunds in Case of Payment Failure

If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD option is not available as this website is exclusively for wholesale orders.

9. Disputes

Any disputes related to payment must be raised within 7 working days from the date of transaction.

ZanePharma reserves the right to verify and validate payments before shipping orders.
