Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at present.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing promotions displayed on our website).
For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time may vary between 3–7 business days depending on the destination, courier availability, and other factors.
Remote or rural locations may take longer.
Unforeseen delays due to natural calamities, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS to track your shipment online.
6. Undelivered Packages
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged / Tampered Delivery
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, opened, or tampered, please do not accept it. Immediately inform us at zanepharmaofc@gmail.com within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
