1. Nature of Products

All products on ZanePharma.com are Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceuticals, and Food Supplements intended for general health and wellness.

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged goods during transit.

2. Reporting Defective or Damaged Products

Any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Eligibility

Only products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging will be considered for replacement.

Products that are tampered, misused, or opened by the customer will not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Replacement / Refund Process

Once the claim is verified, we may:

Replace the defective/damaged product at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund equivalent to the product price (excluding shipping charges), at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7โ€“10 business days.

5. Shipping for Returns

For eligible returns, Zane Pharmaceuticals will provide instructions for sending back the product.

Customers are requested to follow the return instructions carefully to ensure proper processing.

6. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, bulk returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, and must be reported within the 48-hour window.

Partial acceptance or rejection of returns may occur depending on the condition of the products.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Any opened, partially used, or incorrectly handled Ayurvedic products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
