How does Shallaki (Boswellia) help joints?
Boswellia contains boswellic acids with anti-inflammatory properties that can support reduced joint stiffness and improved mobility when used as part of a broader treatment plan. -
Is OrthoCare suitable for osteoarthritis?
It may be used as a complementary herbal support for osteoarthritis symptoms (pain, stiffness). Discuss with your orthopedist or rheumatologist before adding it to your regimen. -
Can I take OrthoCare with NSAIDs or steroids?
Many patients do combine herbal and conventional medicines; however, inform your treating doctor—there can be interactions or additive effects. -

Mild symptom relief (less stiffness, improved comfort) may occur in days to a few weeks. Structural improvements or objective measures take longer and require medical monitoring. -
Is it safe for long-term use?
Long-term use should be supervised by a healthcare professional and accompanied by periodic monitoring depending on your condition. -

RA is an autoimmune disease requiring disease-modifying therapy; OrthoCare may offer symptomatic support but cannot replace DMARDs or specialist care. -

Dashmool is a classical Ayurvedic root combination traditionally used to balance Vata and support musculoskeletal comfort and circulation. -
Can it help with sciatic pain or radiculopathy?

Duration depends on condition severity and response—commonly several weeks; follow your physician’s guidance and monitor progress. -
Is there clinical evidence for these herbs?
Several herbs (Boswellia, turmeric, ginger, ashwagandha) have preclinical and clinical data showing anti-inflammatory, analgesic or adaptogenic effects, though evidence quality varies. -
